*** A Lovely Family in Fraser Heights (Surrey) is Looking for a Daytime Newborn Care Specialist to Start July 28, 2025 to March 1, 2026 – Earn Up to $33/Hour!

This warm, active family in Fraser Heights, Surrey, is looking for a daytime newborn care specialist (NCS) to care for their baby on the way from July 28, 2025 to March 1, 2026. They’re offering up to $33/hour for the right candidate (primary care will be for the newborn, as their three older children are in school or daycare full-time).

Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Note: The family is focused on finding the right fit. They are open to adjusting the schedule and duration of employment for the right person. They are looking for a minimum commitment of 6 months but are also open to the possibility of a longer-term arrangement. Please specify your preferences when applying.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing full care for the newborn, including feeding, soothing, diapering, and naps.
- Supporting feeding routines (bottle-feeding or assisting with breastfeeding as needed).
- Recognizing newborn cues and helping establish a consistent sleep/wake routine.
- Performing light baby-related household tasks (e.g., washing bottles, tidying the nursery, doing baby laundry).
- Maintaining a clean, calm, and nurturing environment.
- Tracking or logging feeding, sleep, and diapering details if requested.
- Preparing light snacks or meals for the household, if time allows and the baby’s needs are met.

The mother works from home full-time, while the father works a hybrid schedule between job sites and a home office. The family is very routine-oriented and hands-on in their parenting, striving to raise confident, independent children who know they can ask for help when needed.

They value kindness, reliability, and clear communication, and they’re looking for someone who shares these values. They want their NCS to feel empowered to take full charge of newborn care in their home, and to feel respected, supported, and truly part of the team.

The family also has a cat. While the NCS will not be responsible for pet care, it’s important that the candidate is comfortable working around cats.

Driving is not required.
