A family in Lake Bonavista, Calgary is looking for a caring and proactive part-time nanny to help them care for their 2.5 year old as they prepare to welcome their second child. Position begins August 1st, with some flexibility for a July start if preferred.

Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

This family is looking for an extra set of hands after the baby arrives. Dad usually takes care of their toddler and will continue to focus on that, and Mom will be home on maternity leave with the new baby. But with a newborn and Dad dealing with some health issues, they know they'll need some help to keep things running smoothly and make sure everyone is supported.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing loving, attentive care to the toddler to allow Dad opportunities to rest and spend time with the newborn.
- Supervising the newborn at times to give Mom a chance to focus on their toddler or recharge.
-Assisting with light household duties such as meal prep, laundry, and dishes.
-Flexibility to adapt to the family’s changing needs as they navigate life with a toddler and a newborn.
- Must be comfortable working with both parents home as part of a team

The family has a large, friendly Bernedoodle dog who will be home during the day. The nanny will not be responsible for care but you will need to be comfortable around large dogs.

Driving is not required.
