A family in Riley Park, Vancouver, with three children (ages 9, 7, and 4) is looking for a dedicated, long-term full-time nanny/house manager to start as soon as possible. They are looking for someone with strong character and a genuine interest in becoming part of their family. The position offers up to $38 per hour, plus potential extended health benefits for the right candidate.

Schedule:
July to August: Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
September to June: Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM - 4:45 PM

Note: The position is based in South Surrey (Crescent Beach) during the summer months, and in the Vancouver (Riley Park area) during the school year.

Duties:

1.) General childcare for the three children, including but not limited to:
- Before and after school care.
- Homework help.
- Preparing lunches for school.

2.) Managing the household, including but not limited to:
- Household laundry.
- Loading/unloading the dishwasher.
- Weekly grocery shopping.
- Keeping the house tidy.
- Ad-hoc errands (e.g., dry cleaning, getting the car cleaned).
- Managing the household calendar.
- Coordinating with grandparents for after-school activities.
- Potentially cooking one dinner per week or assisting with dinner when parents travel for work (they typically travel 6-7 times per year for ~3 days at a time).
