This returning family of three in Hastings-Sunrise, Vancouver, with an 8-year-old child, is looking for a reliable, organized, and caring part-time nanny/house manager to support their household with both housekeeping and childcare responsibilities. They are looking for someone to start as soon as possible and are offering up to $35 per hour for the right candidate.

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Primary responsibilities mainly include, but are not limited to, the following:

1.) Childcare and Transportation
- Providing general childcare for their 8-year-old child.
- Picking up the child from school.
- Preparing him for after-school sports/activities.
- Assisting with homework.
- Engaging in age-appropriate activities when needed.
- Ensuring a safe and positive environment.

2.) Housekeeping and House Management
- Meal preparation and cooking dinner for the family.
- Light housekeeping, including tidying and organizing common areas.
- Laundry and folding clothes.
- Ensuring a clean and orderly kitchen and living spaces.
- Running errands as needed.
