**Long-Term Full-Time Opportunity for a New Family in Dovercourt Village (Toronto) to Start Mid-April, Earn Up to $35/Hour!

This easygoing family in Dovercourt Village, Toronto, with a 10-month-old child and navigating their new life as a family of three, is looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing full-time nanny to join their team long-term starting in mid-April. They’re offering up to $35 per hour for the right candidate.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Duties:
1. Providing general childcare.
2. Meal preparation (parents will generally prepare snacks and meals but may occasionally require assistance from the nanny).
3. Supervising the child on certain outings suggested and paid for by the parents (e.g., trips to the ROM, parks, etc.).
4. Assisting with the child’s laundry and organizing his bedroom and toys after playtime.
5. Light housekeeping related to the child (the family already has a housekeeping service).

Both parents are working professionals and work from home on some days. Their 10-month-old son is their first child and the heart of their family. He is a happy, good-natured, and energetic boy who loves to play.

As first-time parents, they are particularly looking for someone who is communicative, honest, and organized. They want to feel comfortable knowing everything that’s happening with their child while they are not there and that he is in the best hands.

They are specifically looking for someone with extensive experience caring for this age group, who is dedicated and committed to a long-term role. The ideal candidate is creative, engaging, and genuinely enjoys connecting with children.

The family also has a pet. While no pet care is required, they would appreciate a nanny who is comfortable around cats, as their son loves spending time with their cat.

Driving is not required.
