This lovely family of five in Kensington-Cedar Cottage is looking for a full-time nanny to provide long-term care for their three children: a 6-year-old, a 2-year-old, and a 6-month-old, starting ASAP. They are offering up to $35 per hour, along with the potential for a 3-week paid vacation, extended health benefits, and either a transit pass or gas reimbursement for the right candidate.

Schedule:
Monday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Providing general childcare for all three children.
- Assisting with the family’s morning routine and getting the children ready for school.
- Taking the children to various activities.
- Food shopping and meal preparation (children's breakfasts, school lunches, and family dinners).
- Light housekeeping related to the children, such as laundry, changing sheets, tidying rooms/play areas, and keeping the kitchen clean. Full house cleaning is handled by a weekly cleaner.
- Occasional errands as needed.

The mom will be returning to work from maternity leave, and they’re looking for someone who can assist the family long-term. Their oldest daughter loves reading, arts and crafts, and is very chatty. Their second child is funny, loving, and enjoys art, music, and dancing. They also have a sweet 6-month-old.

They’re looking for someone who can handle the dynamics of different age groups, multitask effectively, and will work collaboratively to ensure smooth routines and consistency for the children. The ideal candidate is a nurturing, reliable, and patient individual who has strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills. They would like to find someone who will be committed to the family long-term.

Early childhood education experience is preferred.

Driving is an asset but not required.
