This family with a 1-year-old child in Cabbagetown, Toronto, is looking for a full-time nanny to start as soon as possible. They are offering up to $33 per hour plus other potential perks for the right candidate. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Primary responsibilities mainly include, but are not limited to, the following: 1.) Caring for the child throughout the day while parents are at work, planning fun and engaging age-appropriate activities and outings, preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks for the child, and keeping the nursery clean, managing the child’s laundry, washing toys, and maintaining tidiness during naps. 2.) Assist with light household tasks such as tidying common areas, light cleaning of main living spaces, preparing a simple family dinner in the evening once parents return from work (meal plan organized by parents), and cleaning the kitchen after cooking. Both parents are working professionals. The mother works from home three days per week. Their child is happy, social, active, and enjoys learning new things. They are looking for someone who will care for their child in a warm, respectful, and professional manner. The ideal candidate is nurturing, dependable, organized, safety-minded, proactive, and takes pride in their work. The family has three pets (1 cat and 2 dogs). It is important that the nanny is comfortable around pets. They would also need a nanny who has the ability and flexibility to travel for occasional family trips 2–3 times per year. Driving is not required.
