An outdoor-loving family with two children (ages 4 and 2) is looking for a reliable and dedicated part-time nanny, to start as soon as possible. They’re offering up to $40 per hour for the right candidate.

Schedule:
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duties:

1.) Childcare & Engagement
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate play, crafts, and activities (indoor and outdoor).
- Support emotional regulation and conflict resolution (e.g., using gentle, respectful approaches).
- Support early learning and development through play, conversation, books, crafts, and exploration.
- Accompany kids to local parks, playgrounds, bike parks, library, or neighborhood walks.
- Help with nap/quiet time routines.
- Support ongoing toilet training.

2.) Daily Support & Light Household Tasks
- Prepare simple meals/snacks for the children.
- Assist with preschool or activities pick-up
- Support with transitions (e.g., if one parent is working from home or coming/going).
- Light tidying (e.g., sweeping, folding kids’ laundry, loading/unloading dishwasher).
- Keep common areas used with children tidy (kitchen, playroom, etc.).
- Occasionally help with organizing children’s rooms and play spaces.

Both parents are professionals. Mom works part-time from home, and Dad is a business owner currently undergoing medical treatment. They’re in a season of needing some extra support and are looking for a nurturing, reliable nanny to help care for their girls a few days a week and become a trusted part of their little family. As part of the Catholic faith, they’re seeking someone who respects these values and is comfortable in a home where faith is gently woven into daily life.

They also have a Cavapoo dog who is very gentle and great with the kids. The family doesn’t expect the nanny to provide primary care for the dog, but they’d appreciate someone who is comfortable with dogs.

Driving is required, and it would be ideal if the nanny has their own vehicle. However, since Mom works from home, her car can be made available if needed.
