*** A High Net Worth Family in Altamont is Seeking an Overnight Newborn Care Specialist to Start in early July, Earning up to $45/Hour + Health Care Benefits!

***This family is looking for 3 NCSs (1 daytime NCS and 2 overnight NCSs). Three job postings are available with different schedules. The other postings are #NCS-8981VA and #NCS-8982VA.

This new family in Altamont is looking for an overnight newborn care specialist for their first baby due in July. They are offering up to $45 per hour, plus health care benefits (medical, dental, and vision) for the right candidate.

Schedule:
Friday to Sunday - 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
They are flexible with the schedule (work days) as long as it aligns with the other NCS. Please note your preference when applying.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Establishing and promoting healthy feeding and sleeping routines for the baby.
- Educating and advising parents on overall infant care.
- Implementing a structured sleep schedule to ensure the baby sleeps through the night.
- Managing general baby care needs, including diaper changes and baths.
- Providing guidance on bonding, swaddling, soothing, etc.
- Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
- Travel may also be required.

Both parents are entrepreneurs with high energy and a very positive outlook on life. In terms of lifestyle, they are active outdoors and love to travel.

They are particularly looking for someone with newborn care experience who can lead with patience, attuned communication, and emotional intelligence. The ideal candidate must be someone who works well in a group, as there are other team members working to support the family during the day and night (they also already have a house assistant, and daily housekeeper, and are also hiring full-time nannies and newborn care specialists). Additionally, the candidate must be open to learning new methods and approaches. Collaborating with other people and a willingness to learn new things are essential.

Any post-partum doula experience and self or professionally trained in Waldorf, RIE, Montessori experience, gentle parenting rearing would be a plus!

The family is vaccinated against COVID, and they would appreciate it if the nanny is the same.
