This new family in Altamont is looking for a newborn care specialist for their first baby due in July. They are offering up to $45 per hour for the right candidate. Schedule:
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Both parents are entrepreneurs with high energy and a very positive outlook on life. In terms of lifestyle, they are active outdoors and love to travel. They are particularly looking for someone with newborn care experience who can lead with patience, attuned communication, and emotional intelligence. The ideal candidate must be someone who works well in a group, as there are other team members working to support the family during the day and night (they also already have a house assistant, and daily housekeeper, and are also hiring full-time nannies and newborn care specialists). Additionally, the candidate must be open to learning new methods and approaches. Collaborating with other people and a willingness to learn new things are essential. Any post-partum doula experience and self or professionally trained in Waldorf, RIE, Montessori experience, gentle parenting rearing would be a plus! Driving is required, and the family will provide a vehicle during work hours. The family is vaccinated against COVID, and they would appreciate it if the nanny is the same. Please note that only applicants living in the lower mainland will be considered for this role.
