***A Lovely Family in Annex is Seeking a Nanny with RIE Experience, Starting ASAP, Earn up to $35/Hour, and Potential Extended Health Benefits for the Right Candidate!

This family of four in Annex (located right next to St. George TTC Station) is seeking a nanny with RIE experience (required) for their 1-year-old twins to start as soon as possible. They can offer up to $35 per hour and potential extended health benefits for the right candidate.

Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Providing excellent care for their 1-year-old twins.
- Performing daily tasks such as feeding, burping, and bathing.
- Managing breast milk and bottles (washing, etc.).
- Assisting with breaking down boxes and ordering supplies.
- Arranging celiac-friendly food (Mom is celiac, so no gluten is allowed into the home).
- Interacting and coordinating with other household staff, including additional nannies, house cleaners, and night nurses.
- Handling baby laundry and light housekeeping related to the children.

Other responsibilities:
Traveling with the family, both to the US (California or DC) and international locations (Costa Rica, Portugal, Mexico, France, Spain, etc.). This could involve as much as 2-3 weeks out of the month, likely to the same area for 2-6 months at a time. The travel commitment may vary, especially during the summer months (June - August), when the family prefers to stay in Toronto.

Both parents own their own businesses and work from home with flexible schedules. They are particularly looking for a nanny with previous experience in the RIE method (required). Previous experience working with twins, familiarity with Waldorf, early childhood education, and proficiency in a second language would also be a plus!

The ideal candidate must be someone who works well in a team, as there are other caregivers working during the day. Additionally, the candidate must be open to learning new methods and approaches and have a long-term outlook with their family. Collaborating with other people and a willingness to learn new things are essential.

Driving is a plus but not required. They are willing to provide a vehicle if needed.

The family is vaccinated against COVID, and they would appreciate it if the nanny is the same.
