A busy family moving to the Yonge & Eglinton area of Toronto is looking for an energetic, organized, and engaging nanny to support their two school-aged children, ages 6 and 8.

Both children attend French school and have homework daily, so the family would love someone who speaks French. Both parents work long hours and are looking for someone independent and proactive who can confidently take ownership of the children's after-school routine.

Their 8-year-old son is high-energy and loves hockey, lacrosse, baseball, photography, building things, and being outdoors. Their 6-year-old daughter loves competitive gymnastics, dance, storytelling, singing, art, and all things rainbows, unicorns and mermaids!

Start Date: September 10

The family can offer one of two options:

Option A: Monday–Friday, 4 hours/day
2:00–6:00 p.m. or 2:30–6:30 p.m.

Option B: Monday–Thursday
2:30–7:30 p.m.

An additional hour per day can be offered for the right candidate. Occasional weekend availability would also be ideal.(20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- School pick-up and driving to activities
- Daily homework support and speaking French with the children
- Managing activity schedules, school updates, calendars, and preparing for upcoming activities
- Preparing dinner and making school lunches and snacks for the following day
- Un packing school bags and helping everyone stay organized
- Light tidying of the children's bedrooms and playroom

The Ideal Candidate:
- French-speaking is strongly preferred
- Energetic, active, creative, and playful
- A confident and safe driver who likes to drive in all weather
- Exceptionally organized and able to independently manage a busy schedule
- Able to calmly support children through big emotions and tired end-of-day moments
- Reliable and an excellent time manager

The family provides a vehicle for use during working hours and can also provide a transit pass for the nanny's commute.
