Additional Details:

This lovely family in Pape Village is seeking a gentle and kind Nanny with a lot of patience and early childhood experience! They are looking for someone who's number one priority is ensuring the happiness and overall well being of their little one.

This is a short term placement starting ASAP until at least September 8 when the 4-year-old starts school. There is the possibility of extending the placement after September 8 with part-time hours if the nanny is interested.

Their little guy loves to be outdoors in the summer, and is really interested in music, dinosaurs, the park, and the aquarium!

As parents, Mom and Dad like to follow their child's lead when it comes to his interests, emotions, and needs. They are very proactive and try to remind him of things he might need (ie a nap if he's tired, food if it is almost lunch time) before he is already missing them.

The ideal Nanny for this family would be attentive, capable of being calm and friendly in all situations, and passionate about childcare and all the joy it brings! They would love someone playful and warm hearted to spend joy-filled days with their little guy.

This position is very child-focused, however the family would love it if their Nanny could help with meal prep (beyond simple things like grilled cheese, etc) and laundry for all.

They have a family member with gluten intolerance, so it's important to take care when preparing foods in the toaster and spreading condiments, etc.

The family hires a cleaning service.
No driving required.
The family has one cat which the Nanny will not be responsible for.
Family is open to a Nanny bringing their own child to work.
