A busy, welcoming family in the Long Branch area of Etobicoke is looking for an experienced, caring, and reliable Career Nanny to join their household long term starting in January 2027. This family will have two nannies. The morning nanny working 7:00am-3:00pm. We are looking for someone comfortable working in a team.

The family has 6-month-old twins and a 3-year-old daughter who attends preschool. This is a childcare-focused position, with the primary responsibility being the care of the twins as they grow and develop.

Both parents have demanding careers and are looking for someone who will become a trusted part of their household. The family also employs a second nanny who works the afternoon shift, so there will be approximately one hour of overlap each day. They are hoping to find someone who enjoys working collaboratively and values a team approach to childcare.

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday - 2:00pm-9:00pm
Friday - 2:00pm-7:00pm
Saturday - 9:00am-1:00pm

If the nanny is unable to commit to every single weekend, the family will consider a full-time Mon to Fri position for the right fit.

Responsibilities:

- Provide attentive, loving care for the twins. Care for their preschooler who arrives home around 6pm.
- Manage feeding, diaper changes, naps and bedtime, bathing, and daily routines
- Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support developmental milestones through play and interaction and classes
- Take the twins on walks and outdoor outings
- Communicate openly with the parents and collaborate with the afternoon nanny

This is a childcare-focused role with no housekeeping required. The family has a regular cleaning service.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an experienced and confident nanny with experience caring for twins or multiples. You should be warm, reliable, a great communicator and committed to a long-term position.

Driving is not required but is an asset. The family will provide a vehicle for work-related driving.
