A warm family in Leaside is looking for a kind, caring, and highly organized Family Assistant / Nanny to support their household and three school-aged children ages 10, 7 and 4 years. The start date is flexible and can be anytime between now and January 2027.

All three children are in school from approximately 8:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., so the role will begin with family assistant duties before transitioning to school pick-ups, activities, and the afternoon/evening routine.

The family is looking for someone responsible, punctual, organized, and able to confidently stay on top of a busy household with three children.

Schedule & Compensation

Monday–Friday, approximately 12:00–6:00pm

Up to $34/hour, based on experience and fit.

Occasional weekend and overnight support will be needed when the parents are travelling, with plenty of advance notice.

The family can also offer a live-in arrangement for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Providing warm childcare and companionship to all three children
- School pick-ups and driving to activities
- Managing the children's different after-school schedules
- Helping keep the children organized and on time
- Supporting the afternoon and evening routine
- General tidying and household organization
- Family laundry
- Meal preparation
- Occasional errands
- Preparing lunches and school items for the following day

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing three children of different ages
- Confident preparing family meals
- Able to take initiative with household tasks
- Flexible for occasional weekends and overnights
- A confident driver with a valid driver's licence
- Mandarin-speaking is an asset, but not required
