A warm, active family in Westmount is looking for an experienced Nanny/Family Assistant to support their household and two young children, ages 2.5 years and 5 months.

Both parents are busy professionals and are looking for someone personable, fun, organized, and confident with babies and toddlers. The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys engaging with young children, supporting their development, and creating a healthy, screen-free environment.

The family is looking for approximately 20 hours per week and can be flexible with how those hours are scheduled. The ideal schedule is below, but they are open to adjusting the days and hours for the right fit.

Sunday: 2:00–7:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 2:00–7:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 2:00–7:00 p.m.
Thursday: 4:00–9:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

* Engaging childcare for a baby and toddler
* Planning fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development
* Meal planning, grocery preparation, and cooking
* Family laundry, including washing, folding, and putting away
* Daily tidying and household organization
* Kitchen clean-up, including dishes, counters, and dishwasher
* Occasional daycare pick-ups and errands

The family currently has a cleaner every three weeks. Someone willing to take on deeper cleaning would be welcome but this is not required. They are happy to continue using their current cleaning service for the right nanny.
