Part-Time Nanny Needed in Mississauga - Earn up to $45/hour

A warm family who recently moved to Canada to be closer to family is looking for a gentle, engaging, and nurturing Nanny to support Mom and their young child.

Mom is expecting their second baby in April 2027 so while this position will initially be part-time, there is a great opportunity for the role to grow into a full-time position long-term.

The family follows a Montessori-inspired approach and values responsive, respectful caregiving. They encourage their child to explore, be creative, and develop independence in an age-appropriate way.

Their little one can take some time to warm up to new people, so they are looking for someone patient and gentle who will allow the relationship to develop naturally.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 9:00am-1:00pm

Schedule is flexible for the right fit!

Mom will be home so the nanny should be comfortable working alongside a parent and providing support where needed.

Responsibilities will include:

* Engaging the child in play, activities, outings, and age-appropriate learning
* Supporting routines using a gentle, responsive approach
* Preparing simple meals and snacks
* Children's and family laundry
* Light meal preparation
* Emptying/loading the dishwasher and keeping the kitchen tidy
* General light household support during downtime

We are looking for a nanny who is:
