The position offers up to $35 per hour, plus potential health benefits for the right candidate. Schedule:
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1.) Provide general childcare for the children, including playing, swimming, and supporting their development of life skills.
Both parents are busy working professionals who enjoy a fun and playful home environment. The 8-year-old daughter is happy, kind, and social, and loves animals and creative play. The 5-year-old son is energetic, affectionate, and imaginative, often inventing games to play. Both children enjoy swimming in their large backyard pool, which is 7 feet deep. It is important that the nanny is a strong swimmer, energetic, and willing to actively engage in play. The children are high-functioning autistic and require a nanny with experience supporting autistic children. They are kind, energetic, and do not display aggressive behaviors. The candidate must be patient, understanding, and able to set firm but gentle boundaries. The family has a small hypoallergenic Bichon-Shihtzu dog. The nanny would need to help with taking the dog on walks when out with the kids and letting him outside for bathroom breaks when the parents are not around. Driving is required, and a vehicle will not be provided.
