A busy, structured, and welcoming family in Aurora is seeking a mature, highly dependable, and proactive third nanny to join their established household support team in either a full-time or part-time capacity.

The family has four children (ages 14, 5, 3, and 1). Both parents work full-time in demanding careers, and the household currently operates with one full-time nanny and one part-time nanny. They are looking for an exceptional caregiver to round out our team, providing seamless collaboration, strong communication, and additional coverage to keep the household running smoothly.

Schedule: Flexible hours (open to full-time or part-time; occasional weekend coverage required with advance notice). Please indicate your preference when applying.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Childcare & Engagement:
- Provide attentive, engaging, and age-appropriate care for the children, working collaboratively alongside the existing nanny team or independently as scheduled.
- Assist with daily routines, meal/dinner prep for the kids, and activity transitions.

2. Driving & Transportation
- Safely transport children to and from school, swimming, playdates, and extracurricular activities using your personal vehicle (the family fully covers gas costs related to employment, including daily commute).

3. Household & Errand Support
- Pick up routine household tasks, including light cleaning/tidying, laundry, daily organization, and running errands/grocery shopping.

4. Pet Care
- Comfortable working in a home with two cats (minimal daily pet care; pet-friendly candidate required).

They are particularly looking for someone who is team-oriented, flexible, highly mature, punctual, responsible, proactive, and has excellent communication skills.

Swimming supervision experience or an educational background is a major asset.

Driving is required, and a work vehicle will not be provided for work purposes.
