This lovely family in downtown Toronto near Kensington Market is looking for a short-term nanny for their 1-year-old daughter from September 14, 2026 to January 1, 2027. They are offering up to $35 per hour for the right candidate. Schedule: Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM This is a childcare-focused role. The primary responsibility will be caring for their 1-year-old, including but not limited to feeding her meals, taking her to EarlyON programs, parks, library programs, etc. The mom is currently on maternity leave and will be returning to work in September. The family is looking for a caring, compassionate, creative, flexible, and outdoorsy nanny who can help ease the transition as the mom heads back to work. The family lives on the second floor of a house, so the nanny must be comfortable climbing stairs and carrying their daughter up and down the stairs. Driving is not required. Note: This is a short-term position with the possibility of extension pending daycare placement in January 2027.
