A lovely family in Woodland Estates, Calgary, with three wonderful children, ages 7, 6, and 4, is looking for a full-time nanny/house manager to become an integral part of their household starting August 20, 2026. The family is offering up to $65,000 gross annual income, along with full health benefits for the right candidate.

Typical Schedule:
Weekdays: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Weekends: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Additional hours may also be available for the right candidate. The family guarantees 70 hours every two weeks.

Note: Flexibility is required for this position. The father shares custody of the children, and the nanny’s schedule will align with the days the children are in his care. The schedule will consistently include either Monday/Tuesday or Thursday/Friday, as well as alternating weekends consisting of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. With the custody arrangement, the schedule will alternate between approximately 2 working days one week and 5 working days the following week. Additional support may occasionally be required during vacations, school breaks, or other family needs.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1.) Providing attentive childcare for the children, including driving and planning age-appropriate activities.

2.) Assisting with household management duties such as maintaining a tidy home, preparing grocery lists, grocery shopping or ordering, meal preparation for the family, caring for the family dog, and other agreed-upon household errands and tasks.

The family is looking for a long-term nanny who can become part of their family team and help support the day-to-day functioning of the household, while also helping create a smooth and supportive transition for the children. The ideal candidate is fun, caring, organized, dependable, and someone who promotes a healthy and active lifestyle.

Driving is required for this role. A vehicle may be provided for the right candidate. However, a nanny with their own reliable vehicle would be preferred.
