*** Full-Time Nanny/House Manager Needed in Seaton Village (Toronto) to Start September 1, 2026, Earn Up to $40/Hour!

A warm and welcoming family in Seaton Village, Toronto, with two children, aged 3 and 9 months, is looking for a proactive and reliable full-time nanny/house manager to start on September 1, 2026. They are offering up to $40 per hour for the right candidate.

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Duties:

1.) Childcare Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care that aligns with the family values described below.
- Maintain consistent routines for sleep, meals, hygiene, and activities.
- Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Ensure the children's safety at all times.
- Support social, emotional, and behavioral development.

2.) Household Management Responsibilities
The family already has housekeeping services, but the nanny is expected to take initiative in maintaining and managing the household during working hours. This includes:
- Keeping common areas organized and reset daily.
- Managing the children's laundry and linens.
- Preparing children's meals and snacks.
- Restocking essential supplies.
- Maintaining organization systems (toys, closets, kitchen areas, etc.).
- Identifying tasks that need attention without being directed.

The family highly values resilience and independence, physical activity and outdoor time, reading, and limiting screen time. Their family prioritizes eating mostly organic, unprocessed, whole foods. It is very important to them that most snacks and meals are home-cooked. They also follow an intuitive eating approach. It is important to them that the children develop and maintain a healthy relationship with food. Their approach to discipline is gentle reminders combined with firm and consistent boundaries.

The family is particularly looking for someone who is proactive. Someone who maintains high standards without supervision, takes pride in keeping the home running smoothly, communicates clearly, and problem-solves independently. They are looking for someone who can become part of their team and help ensure their household remains consistently organized, calm, and well-managed. The ideal candidate is organized, conscientious, warm, friendly, and caring.

The family has one cat. The nanny will not have any responsibilities related to the cat, but it is important that they are comfortable working around pets.

Driving is not required.
