Additional Details:*** A Family in Scarborough Village/Guildwood (Scarborough) Is Looking for a Part-Time Nanny to Start Early June 2026 (for approximately 4–6 Months), Earn Up to $30/Hour!
Schedule: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday This is a childcare-focused role. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general childcare for the child and engaging him in age-appropriate activities, including playing with him indoors and outdoors. The nanny should be able to give him space when he needs it, set appropriate limits, prepare simple lunches, encourage him to put his clothes in his laundry basket, and supervise him while he plays video games on his iPad or phone. Responsibilities also include supervising him in the on-site pool with a lifeguard present and going for walks with the child and their dog. The mom is a single parent who will need childcare assistance while recovering from knee surgery. The child will attend summer camp during the day, but she will still need help caring for him afterward. He has high-functioning autism and enjoys playing online and board games. They are looking for someone who shows genuine interest in playing games with the child, someone who is kind, patient, and understanding. It would also be a plus if the nanny can swim and is comfortable around water. Driving is not required, but if the nanny has a car for personal use, a parking spot can be provided.
