Additional Details:*** A Family in Scarborough Village/Guildwood (Scarborough) Is Looking for a Part-Time Nanny to Start Early June 2026 (for approximately 4–6 Months), Earn Up to $30/Hour!
Schedule: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday This is a childcare-focused role. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, picking the child up from camp (driving or Uber), and general childcare including playing with him indoors and outdoors. The nanny should be able to give him space when he needs it, set appropriate limits, prepare simple lunches, encourage him to put his clothes in his laundry basket, and supervise him while he plays video games on his iPad or phone. Responsibilities also include supervising him in the on-site pool with a lifeguard present and going for walks with the child and their dog. The mom is a single parent who will need childcare assistance while recovering from knee surgery. The child will attend summer camp during the day, but she will still need help caring for him afterward. He has high-functioning autism and enjoys playing online and board games. They are looking for someone who shows genuine interest in playing games with the child, someone who is kind, patient, and understanding. It would also be a plus if the nanny can swim and is comfortable around water. Driving is preferred for camp pickups and a car can be provided. If you are not able to drive, the family is willing to uber the nanny to pick up the child. A parking spot can also be provided at the home.
