They’re offering up to $45 per hour, plus potential health benefits for the right candidate. Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with occasional longer days. They prefer engaging with their child as a capable individual, rather than using baby talk or excessive praise, and prioritize routines, outdoor play, and meaningful interaction over screens or rigid academics. They’re particularly looking for someone warm, grounded, and intuitive who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers, understands boundaries, and can seamlessly support both childcare and light household tasks. Ideally, someone who can step in where needed, stay present, and help create a peaceful, well-run home environment. The family also has two cats, and although no pet care is required, it’s important that the nanny is comfortable working around pets. Ability to travel with the family from time to time would also be a plus. Driving is not required.
