This family in Long Branch (Etobicoke) with twins on the way and a 3-year-old is looking for a full-time nanny to be part of their growing family long term, starting July 2026. They are offering up to $40 per hour, plus potential health benefits and a transit pass for the right candidate. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM This is a childcare-focused role. Primary care will involve providing general childcare for the newborn twins as they grow, including feeding, changing diapers, soothing, putting the babies down for naps, bathing, and facilitating tummy time and play. Responsibilities will also include attending doctors’ appointments with the parents during the shift, taking the twins to classes from time to time as they grow, such as music class, and going on walks for fresh air as appropriate. There will also be occasional help needed with their 3-year-old, who is in preschool, during rare times when she is unable to attend school on a given day. No housekeeping is required, as the family already has a cleaning service that comes every three weeks. They are expecting their twins (a boy and a girl), scheduled to arrive by C-section in the first week of July. Mom will be on maternity leave for at least the first 6 months, and Dad will also be taking 5 to 6 weeks at the beginning when the twins are born, and will be home as well. Both parents have demanding work schedules and will need extra support from someone who can be part of their household long term. They are particularly looking for someone who is reliable, caring, and willing to work with the family as a team to deliver the best care possible to the children as they grow and as the family expands. Driving is required, and a vehicle will be provided.
