This family in Little Italy, Toronto is seeking a part-time nanny for their two children, aged 4 and 1, to start mid-April 2026. They’re offering up to $32 per hour, plus potential health benefits for the right candidate. Schedule: The family is flexible, offering 7 hours per day, 3 days per week. They are open to the nanny’s preferred schedule, which can be any 3 days between Monday and Friday, ideally 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Please provide your schedule preference when applying. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1.) General childcare for their two children, including school pickup and after-school care, preparing after-school snacks and school lunches, and light tidying (toys, children’s dishes). 2.) Light housekeeping, including laundry and organizational tasks. This also includes preparing dinner for the family, with ingredients and instructions provided. Both parents are working professionals and need extra support with their children. The children enjoy spending time outdoors, building with Magnatiles and blocks, and reading books. They currently attend daycare, a 17-minute walk from home. It is important to the family that the nanny enjoys outdoor activities, is comfortable with children getting messy, and enjoys reading to them. The family has both sets of grandparents living nearby, who would help care for the children on days when the nanny will not be working. Driving is not required.
