Additional Details:DRIVING POSITION: *** A Lovely Family in Elboya (Calgary) Is Looking for a Part-Time Driving Nanny/House Manager to Start ASAP, Earn Up to $35/Hour + Potential Health Benefits This family in Elboya, Calgary, with two children aged 4 and 2 years old, is looking for a part-time driving nanny/house manager who can join their household long-term and start as soon as possible. They are offering up to $35 per hour, plus potential health benefits for the right candidate. Schedule: 12:30 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The family is flexible with the start time. Please indicate your preference when applying. Duties: 1.) General childcare for the two children, including but not limited to daily pickup from school and daycare, transporting the children to and from activities as needed, and preparing after-school snacks. 2.) House management while the children are at school and daycare, including but not limited to daily house tidying such as putting toys away, making beds, tidying the kitchen, and doing dishes. Additional responsibilities include family laundry, weekly grocery shopping, preparing family dinners, running errands as needed, general home organization and housekeeping. Both parents are full-time working professionals who split their time between working from home and downtown throughout the week. Their 4 year old attends a French immersion private school, and the 2 year old is in full-time daycare. The children are closely bonded, get along very well, and are both active. The family does not allow screen time during the week and values engaged, hands-on activities. They are looking for someone who can help manage their weekdays so the family can spend more quality time together, given their demanding work schedules. They are seeking someone who can stay with their family long term, grow with them, and adapt to changes in the role. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills, and takes initiative. They should be able to foster a positive and calm environment for the children. The candidate should be a confident home cook and follow strong food safety practices. Mandarin, French, or Spanish as a second language would be considered an asset. Driving is required. Having a personal vehicle is preferred, though a family vehicle may be available if needed.
