DRIVING POSITION

Exciting New Opportunity to Start January 12th, 2026: Part-Time Nanny/House Manager Needed for a Lovely Family in Capilano Highlands (North Vancouver), Earn Up to $35/Hour!

This returning family in Capilano Highlands, North Vancouver, is looking for a part-time driving nanny/house manager for their three children, ages 12, 10, and 8, to start ideally on January 12th, 2026. They’re offering up to $35 per hour for the right candidate.

Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Primary responsibilities mainly include, but are not limited to:

1.) Provide general childcare and drive the kids to activities.
2.) House management such as running errands, meal preparation (lunches for the next day, baking for snacks, occasional dinner prep), grocery shopping, general household organization, including light tidying (dishwasher unloading, vacuuming high-traffic areas), kids’ laundry, and ironing. The family already has a housekeeping service.

They are a busy family. All three children participate in competitive dance, gymnastics, and hockey. They are active, smart, and funny. Both parents travel for work, although the mother usually works from home when not traveling. The family also enjoys travel and typically takes two major trips per year, plus smaller extended long weekends when possible.

They are particularly looking for someone who is a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision after initial guidance, personable and able to build a positive rapport with the children, and organized and flexible, capable of managing the complexity of three children’s schedules and adjusting when necessary, with any schedule changes agreed upon in advance.

They also have two indoor cats and would appreciate it if the nanny/house manager could check on the cats daily when they are away on vacation (if the nanny/house manager is not also on vacation at that time).

Driving required. A vehicle will be provided for work purposes. If the nanny/house manager prefers to use their own vehicle, the family will provide standard mileage reimbursement plus gas costs.
