A wonderful family in Danforth Village, Toronto, with a one-year-old, is looking for a part-time nanny to join their household. They are offering up to $30 per hour for the right candidate.

Schedule: Three days per week, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The family is flexible regarding which days the nanny works, and the nanny may choose the three preferred days. Please indicate your preference when applying.

This is a childcare-focused role, with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
- Dress, feed, and change diapers for the child.
- Plan, prepare, and serve healthy meals for the child.
- Organize and engage the child in educational, physical, and creative activities.
- Instruct the child in personal hygiene.
- Support the child’s emotional well-being and social development.
- Organize and participate in activities such as sports, games, crafts, reading, writing, and outdoor outings.
- Follow parental guidance on discipline methods.
- Care for the child when sick, including administering medications or accompanying them to the doctor’s appointments as advised by parents.
- Prepare meals for the child using ingredients and recipes discussed and approved by the parents.
- Teach the child to assist with tidiness and organization of their space.
- Perform light childcare-related tidying (the family has a weekly cleaner).
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment, including a smoke-free home with zero exposure to second- or third-hand smoke.

The mom works from home, and the nanny should be comfortable caring for the child in the same household environment.

Driving is not required.
